This study explores the concept of hybridity from a cultural and design perspective. In the context of globalisation, the research explores the impact of Scandinavian design on local cultural diversity and the emergence of visual and cultural hybridity. The research uses hybrid design as an approach, to reassess how we have looked at culture from a geographical and spatial perspective in the past, and to imagine the possibilities that exist in cultural identity in the future.
